Vinification: the grapes are harvested by hand and placed in boxes. The vinification process is long, the grapes are left to macerate for over a month without any oxygen. No sulphites are added to the wine
Maturation: four months on lees followed by three months in the bottle
Alcohol content 13 % vol.
Total acidity: 6.0 g/l
Residual sugar: 0,5 g/l

Vinified without adding sulphites: spontaneously, naturally and authentically. The bouquet has aromas of morello cherries, red cherries and fruits of the forest whilst on the palate, the wine is intense, fragrant, has pleasant tannins as well as a consistent intensity and softness for a more enjoyable drinking experience than ever before.
