The Periplo is between Palmento is a vintage wine and reserves such as Alfonzo and Rubra who enjoy an important aging. It ‘ a wine of ” means ” benefiting both the primary and secondary aromas fresh but also the tertiary aromas of aging so much red fruit but also a slight hint of wood . The taste is pleasant, it is not as challenging as the reserves and not too rampant like vintage wine , a blend of scents balanced and authoritative give life to the Periplo.
